EMPLOYEE REVIEW

The Employee Review (ER) identifies employee (male and female) problems like a negative attitude, poor stress management skills, and substance (alcohol and drugs) abuse problems.

Most people agree that a company’s productivity and success is largely contingent upon the quality of its employees. And it is disruptive, inconvenient and expressive to replace, reorient and retrain new employees. Yet, even good employees have problems (employment barriers) that undermine their morale, hinder their productivity, erode their loyalty and, if unresolved, can lead to employee turnover.

Early problem identification can be advantageous to both the employer and employee. When employment barriers (problems) are identified and remedied, employees keep their jobs and employers retain productive employees.

The Employee Review (ER) consists of 126 items and can be completed in 20 to 25 minutes. It is available on USB flash drives (www.bdsltd.com) or over the internet (www.online-testing.com). All ER tests are computer scored with printed reports available within 3 minutes.

Five Employee Review Scales
1. Truthfulness Scale
2. Employee Orientation
3. Stress Management
4. Alcohol Scale
5. Drugs Scale

Perhaps the most comprehensive information source on the Employee Review is the ER website www.employee-reviewer.com.
