Test User Restrictions
Professional Online Testing Solutions, Inc. also wants to limit its tests accessibility to
responsible, ethical and qualified evaluators. The "Terms & Conditions of Use" (left margin
link) was established to help attain that goal. This is why registering a "new account,"
"logging in to your account," and clicking on the "signature confirmed" button were established
to legally bind the registrant or evaluators to the "Terms and Conditions" of use.
While your secretary or administrative assistant may administer the tests, test interpretation
is the responsibility of qualified staff. Consequently, the account holder must be the person
responsible for test administration.
Professional evaluators understand the importance of controlling access to test booklets,
answer sheets and respondent's reports. Test booklets, answer sheets and client reports
are not to be removed from the evaluator's offices. Indeed, test booklets, answer sheets
and reports must not be given to anybody (clients, offenders, staff, attorneys, etc.) to
copy, photocopy or remove from the evaluator's office. All of these test-related materials
are copyrighted and the information contained in these reports is confidential. More specifically,
nobody should be given a test booklet, answer sheet or report to take home.
Questions regarding these test user restrictions should be e-mailed to Professional Online Testing
Solutions, Inc. This e-mail address is info@online-testing.com.
HIPAA Compliance
CONFIDENTIALITY
Professional Online Testing Solutions, Inc. encourages test users to delete client names when their
evaluations are done. This proprietary "name deletion" procedure ensures client confidentiality and
compliance with HIPAA (Federal Regulation 45 C.F.R. 164.501).
When an evaluation is done, users can delete the client's name. Once the name has been deleted, it
CANNOT be restored. More specifically, the "delete client's name" option is provided on the "Supervisor
Options" section of the test's webpage. To delete the client's name you log in and navigate to the test
that client has taken. On that test's main menu click on that client's name and then click the "Supervisor
Options" button. On the Supervisor Options page click on the "Delete Client Name" button and then click
the "Continue" button.

Two Different Ways to Administer Tests
Note: regardless of how the tests are administered, all tests are scored and reports
are printed over the internet. Most internet test users print test reports in their office on their printer.

How To Adjust Screen Monitor Type Size.
If your font size is smaller or larger than you want then it can be adjusted by clicking on the "View" menu in
Internet Explorer or Firefox (Internet Explorer 7 users have a "Page" button on the top right side of the window).
Click on the "Text Size" option and it can be adjusted by selecting an option there. If "Medium" (in Internet Explorer)
or "Normal" (in Firefox) is not selected then reports will not print properly.
