OUTREACH ASSESSMENT
The Outreach Assessment (OA) is an objective, evidence based, adult screening instrument or test. It is designed for screening (assessment or evaluation) and, as warranted, referral for intervention or treatment. This important service is provided for private practitioners, psychologists, rural mental health providers, community agencies, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP's), Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO's) and others.
The Outreach Assessment contains five measures (scales):
1. Truthfulness
2. Anger
3. Alcohol
4. Drugs
5. Stress Mgmt
The five Outreach Assessment scales are a comprehensive profile of a client's risk and needs.
